Program Spotlight: 2016 Pepsi Block Party – MLB All Star Weekend
Last year, Hype worked with Motive to hire staff for the Pepsi Block Party Event during the MLB-All Star Weekend. Right outside the ballpark, the annual MLB All-Star Week Pepsi Block Party took over J Street between 6th Ave to 10th Ave to host a block party chock fullof fun baseball-related activities and delicious food and drinks!
Our team had an inflatable batting cage, a pitcher’s tent, an airbrush tattoo station and a free T-shirt making station! At each station, guests had the opportunity to win awesome prizes such as player autographed baseballs, free food and drink vouchers and trendy Pepsi branded hats and sunglasses! This was part of the nation-wide campaign that Pepsi is conducting called #SayItWithPepsi.
Hype hired 36 Brand Ambassadors to work at the various activity stations within the footprint. Brand Ambassadors helped instruct guests how to play the various games, managed the lines, handed out premiums to winners, and encouraged all guests to post photos of themselves and their prizes on social media!
