Opus Agency is a brand events and marketing agency. We want to understand why you do events, and how you define and measure success. We start with the fundamentals: Event portfolio; scale, location, and frequency; audience segmentation and cost of acquisition; competitive landscape and positioning; and metrics strategy, data collection, and analytics. Opus will help you define your audiences and figure out the best ways to engage them, and then craft experiences that resonate with your audience while supporting your brand.

Event Management

Event Managers start by collecting and assessing all of the logistics for a given event, and then pull together all of our other services into a seamless, well-managed process that delivers on-time and on-budget.

Successful events are the result of months of work by our nimble team of experienced event pros. Opus has spent more than 20 years fine-tuning our ability to pull off events large and small, managing thousands of events in locations all around the world. And we have the proven, repeatable methodology to show for it. We know how to make events successful, but we also pride ourselves on making the process leading up to it smooth and enjoyable.


Well-crafted, savvy creative is essential to a campaign’s success. But you want to dazzle along the way, too. Our Creative leads engage in the earliest stages of strategic discussions, and love nothing more than creating beautiful, multisensory work that demands attention and engagement for your brand. And our design chops are complemented by experienced project managers, whose job it is to keep your creative projects on track.

We’re experts at logo and identity work, graphic design, video production, content management, infographics, social media and real-world activation, and more. But the goal is always the same: Create real, measurable success while delivering your message with creative impact.

Promotional Marketing

There are almost no limits to what’s available in the promotional products marketplace, and this dizzying array of options can sometimes make for an overwhelming purchasing decision. Opus Style professionals offer years of industry experience, and are here to make ordering your promotional products fun and fast, while also ensuring you create the buzz you’re looking for with every order!


There is the experience, and then there is the “under-the-hood” tech infrastructure that drives the experience; the Opus technology platform handles all aspects of event registration, speakers and sessions, sponsors management, travel and housing, onsite mobile app, data analytics and reporting.

We start with a proprietary platform with high-level security certification; then we add integration with all of the commonly used CRM and marketing automation systems, as well as event mobile apps. We finish it off with an online Event Resource Center (ERC) – a dashboard and reporting portal that keeps our team and our customers up-to-date throughout the process.


Production is all about making it real. During the planning process, it’s the reality check on what is possible within a budget and given constraints. Onsite, our Production pros take that creative concept you’ve worked so hard on and make it real for an audience in a way that is forever memorable, making a big impact with your most promising audiences.

Opus manages every facet of production – design, construction, lighting, talent sourcing, stage management, and more – for events of any scope or scale. We’ll be there to help brainstorm and we’ll be there when attendees have left and it’s time to pack up the equipment boxes.
