The program expands Event Guidance’s reach by providing agencies with proven behavioral analytics systems that they can market and sell to their clients.
Event Guidance’s Proximity Trace™ and Proximity Frame™ systems capture a variety of behavioral analytics by monitoring the location of event attendees’ smartphones in designated engagement zones using WiFi nodes. The monitoring is performed without invading personal privacy or capturing personal information about the smartphone user.

Currently, Event Guidance tracks more than 20 behavioral metrics, including total visitors, dwell times, and return visits, which are accessible via online and mobile dashboards. Event Guidance will continue to develop new sets of data and dashboards, and provide 24/7 technical support, on-demand WiFi node calibration, and software updates.
