nSixty is a Cincinnati Ohio based company with a new fully automated online video communication service. The patent pending process incorporates self-service kiosk recording units with e-mail communications and web based video file sharing. This is a full service marketing platform offering a simple way for people to record and share a video on their experiences at various venues, while also allowing sponsor companies to deliver an advertising and branding message to users and the people they share their video with.

How It Works

The system is comprised of a free standing kiosk that occupies approximately 3 square feet and stands less than 6 feet tall. It houses a PC, video camera, microphone and two video flat screens. The upper screen runs continuous promotional messages and invites users to participate. The lower screen features touch screen functions that control the video recording and user data collection process. Kiosk software records and automatically uploads videos to the nSixty website which features Web 2.0 technology and customization tools. An e-mail containing a link to the video is instantly sent to the user's e-mail address and any other contacts supplied by the user. E-mail notifications can include branding and advertising content. Videos are stored on the nSixty server and played through a file sharing website which features a variety of advertising options ranging from video pre-rolls to pop-ups and standard on-site banner advertising. The web page also offers hot links for posting the video link on social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and Diggs, and will include a comment/messaging area so visitors can post comments on videos. The kiosks can be wrapped with sponsor designs and graphics and web pages mimic client websites to maintain branding consistency.
